Hi everyone, and Adee hopefully-
I was looking for a little assistance, so I went ahead and purchased a month in hopes to get some attention. I am struggling with a huge goal- middle splits- but recent progress through Adee's part 1 and 2 on youtube has helped tremendously-- but still not exactly enough. My bday is in 2 days, disclaimer: I have spine injuries but I know my limitations and what I cant do- however, I feel its something I could prob show in a video and a trained eye can point it out immediate- bc I see the issue- just dont know how to resolve it.
