So excited to start this journey. I'm 35 and skinny fat and have always struggled with flexibility. People all think because I'm thin I'm also flexible. NOPE! Haha.
I've loved watching Adee's YT flexibility videos. I even felt like I was finally getting twerking down from her little series on YT but I can't find those videos anywhere now. That's okay. I've just become resigned to the fact that maybe some bodies can't twerk 😂. I really love this approach for reaching some mobility goals so today is day one!!!
