I love your all your stuff! I’m 35 and but I really want to open up on flexibility. I’m not naturally flexible at all so I’ve been looking for any and all tricks. I heard foam rolling helps. What are your thoughts on this? Thank you!!
Consistency is the biggest factor when it comes to gaining flexibility. Stretch every day and push yourself! Foam rolling is amazing, especially before and while stretching. You've inspired me to upload some foam rolling tutorials!
